1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
✔ Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund (minus shipping) within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Opened Products: Only eligible for partial refunds (up to 10%) if unused and returned within 7 days (hygiene reasons apply).
✔ Defective/Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Personalized/herbal blends (made-to-order)
❌ Seal-broken consumables (capsules, powders, oils)
❌ Discounted/final-sale items
3. How to Initiate a Return

– Order number
– Product photos (unopened/damaged proof)
– Reason for return
2️⃣ We’ll send a prepaid return label (domestic) or instructions.
3️⃣ Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
4. Refund Rules
– Refunds: Issued to the original payment method (minus shipping).
– Exchanges: Free for defective/wrong items shipped by us.
– Deductions: RS.500 restocking fee applies for non-defective returns.
5. Special Cases
🌿 Allergy Concerns: Get a store credit (valid 1 year) with a doctor’s note.
🌿 Loyalty Members: Eligible for no-questions-asked returns (once/year).
